nsfRewind Release Candidate 1

April 19th, 2009 by Corey Davis

Therefore, this afternoon Release Candidate 1 was made available to beta testers. Release Candidate 1 marks the end of beta testing and signifies the first production ready release of nsfRewind. Though a release […]

From this point forward we will be working solely on bug fixes and performance enhancements. While the release of Beta 2 was delayed, we still aim to […]

Blog Upgrade and Resulting Problems

October 22nd, 2008 by Corey Davis

This is just an FYI that after upgrading this blog to the latest version of WordPress some plugins are no longer working properly causing some functionality to this blog to be offline (i.e., categories and Popular Posts). I will work to restore this functionality as soon as possible.

9/11: Where I Was and Explaining it to Our Daughter

September 11th, 2008 by Corey Davis

Today Ed Brill posted about 9/11, as I’m sure have others.  Ed’s in particular was how to broach the subject with his daughter which of course got me thinking. My daughter is 4, so this conversation has not yet taken place.  TV in the morning is usually confined to Nick Jr. or the Disney Channel […]

A new machine of mine has a LightScribe enabled DVD drive. In order to use the LightScribe feature, which I have not yet, you need to have the LightScribe control panel software installed. In my opinion LightScribe has violated a major rule: do not annoy the user. While answering an e-mail this morning I was […]

June 13th, 2008 by Corey Davis

It seems totally egotistical to me which is probably why I immediately jumped on board. When I scrolled down the page I saw that they display the last 5 people to start tracking their count. See any […]
