Enterprise Edition

Permanent License Features

• Use of product forever. License to use product never expires.
• 1 year of Software Maintenance (technical support & maintenance upgrades) included. 2nd year can be purchased up-front at a discounted rate.
• After Software Maintenance expires a new Software Maintenance contract can be purchased at 80%-off current retail price of the Permanent License (must be renewed no later than 3 months after current contract has expired). If Software Maintenance is not renewed, product will continue to function indefinitely but access to technical support and maintenance upgrades will be discontinued.
• If Software Maintenance is being renewed more than 3 months after the current contract has expired, cost of renewal will include a late renewal fee.
• Major version upgrades will be available at 50%-off retail price for customers with a current Software Maintenance contract.

Subscription License Features

• Use of product is limited to length of subscription.
• Support, maintenance upgrades, and major version upgrades are included during subscription term.
• License must be renewed at current subscription rate to continue to use product, get support, and have access to upgrades.
• Upgrade to Permanent License at prorated rate based on number of months remaining in current subscription is available.
